Neverwhere
Named in honour of Neil Gaiman’s book about a London unseen, this image has always been one of my favourites. The image was taken early one morning from Hays Galleria near London Bridge and looking across the river towards the city.
The Edit…
This is one of my older pictures so I sadly no longer have the original. I used software to remove the one or two people in shot as well as a sign for slippery floors! Then I used a colour editor to highlight hues I wanted and built upon those, some HDR to give it an almost sketched edge and turned the contrast down to make it more blended. To finish it off I added a ‘paper texture’ of Japanese paper to the image to give an almost cracked look to it!
Taken and edited on an iPhone 4!
Reblogged this on The Rambling Princess and commented:
Still one of my favourite photos of hers. And now I want to watch Neverwhere again.
