This is one of my older pieces, it was taken in Italy whilst wandering the back streets of a mountain village. Sadly I no longer have the original shot, just my edit.

It was important to me to keep this one simple but to draw out the almost ramshackle elegance it possessed, therefore I decided to use a way of editing that I often favour which creates a monochrome effect, this involves drawing out various layers of black and white into a few images and then layering them onto each other. The image was taken on a Canon 450D (Rebel in USA) but all the editing was carried out on the iPhone/iPad.
